תני כל המתנה על מה שכתוב בתורה תנאי ממון תנאו קיים. תנאי שאינו של ממון תנאו בטל. כיצד אמר לאשה הרי את מקודשת לי על מנת שאין ליך עלי שאר כסות ועונה הרי זו מקודשת.
